The Labour Market Group (LMG) is pleased to present Workforce Week 2022 to our communities April 4-8th virtually through our interactive on line platform.  This week long series of events will highlight the resilient efforts of our employers and stakeholders, and will showcase the variety of opportunities available throughout the region despite the set backs of the past couple of years.  Signature events include:  Get Job Ready, Connect and several Job Fairs. Monday April 4- Kick Off:  We are pleased to be kicking off the week with a virtual tour of LMG’s Ready Set Hired job portal featuring hundreds of employment opportunities within the Nipissing and Parry Sound districts, followed by the Parry Sound virtual job fair featuring a variety of local employers.  Employment Options in Sturgeon Falls is also offering several workshops throughout the day that focus on resume building and interview skills. Tuesday April 5- GET JOB READY:  A day for job seekers looking to learn how to maximize their job search and ultimately secure employment.
