Michael is entering his 4th year of studies of Business Administration at Nipissing University with a focus in Marketing. He is a North Bay native and would love to stay local and begin his career. Michael is hoping for a career where he will be able to utilize the skills and experiences he has gained through his studies of business and marketing.
This summer Michael is working for the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines (MNDM) North Bay Branch. He is assisting in the day to day activities of the ministry as well as providing assistance on projects by conducting research, updating systems, etc. This experience in the public sector has provided Michael with a much greater understanding of both public and private sectors and how they work hand in hand. He hopes this experience with the ministry as well as internships he has been a part of will help give him the experience he needs for a smooth transition into the business industry.
