Join us today, May 1st, 2014 at Hampton Inn by Hilton North Bay, 950 McKeown Ave., as we launch our annual program, “Go the Extra Mile”, awarding excellence in customer service at 11:00 am.
Go the Extra Mile Program is aimed to reward business owners, employees and volunteers for excellence in customer service. This recognition acknowledges the performance and contributions in making North Bay and area a better place to live and encourages visitors to return to our city.
Nominations will be reviewed on a monthly basis, and an award recipient will be chosen based on criteria including: quality level of service, timeliness, money saving suggestions, positive attitude, team leadership and overall extraordinary performance.
Derek Shogren, President of the North Bay and District Chamber of Commerce said “this program is one more way the Chamber demonstrates its commitment to business excellence”. He encourages the community to embrace the program and show residents and visitors what a friendly place our region really is.
