Check out our Young Professional of the Month for April, Cindy Collins:

Cindy Collins is a graduate of Nipissing University with a B.A. (Hons.) in Regional Planning and International Development. She was born and raised in the beautiful city of North Bay. She spent three months in Madagascar volunteering for a non-governmental organization doing both humanitarian and conservation work. Upon her return she continued volunteering at the North Bay & District Multicultural Centre in the front office. She has travelled extensively in Southeast Asia. Cindy serves clients in both official languages as a Settlement Counsellor and is working on her Spanish as well.

Cindy has been a settlement counsellor with the North Bay & District Multicultural Centre for three years. She exudes professionalism in everything she does, from the way she dresses, to the way she interacts with other staff, and the way she interacts with clients. She works very hard to solve clients’ issues and has a vast knowledge of immigration issues. She is constantly taking webinars and attending workshops to improve her knowledge and her skills.
